At Tusecador.com we want your shopping experience to be satisfactory. Therefore, we present our return, exchange and refund policy, in accordance with current regulations in Colombia (Law 1480 of 2011 - Consumer Statute).
The consumer may exercise his right of withdrawal within the following timeframes ___ business days following the delivery of the product.
The product must be in perfect condition, unused, with its original packaging, accessories, manuals and security seals intact.

For reasons of hygiene and sanitation, we do not accept returns on products such as:
(Complete with your business cases: e.g. used hair dryers, open hair straighteners, cosmetics, open personal care products, etc.)
If a product is defective in workmanship or function, the customer may request a warranty within a period of ___ months counted from the date of delivery.
The application must include evidence of the defect (photos, videos or detailed description).
The product will be evaluated by the technical support area and will be informed if repair, exchange for a new one or refund is applicable.

Please indicate order number, reason for return and photos of the product.
Once approved, the customer shall ship the product to the address indicated by Tusecador.com.
Transportation costs for returns/exchanges will be borne by ___ (client or the company, as defined by you).
Once the product has been received and verified, we will proceed with the refund.
Estimated time for refunding is ___ business days counted from the approval of the return.
Reimbursement will be made by the same payment method used for the purchase or through ___ (example: bank transfer).
No returns or refunds will be made when:
The product has been used improperly or contrary to instructions.
The product is not in its original packaging or presents damages attributable to the customer.
The claim is made outside the time limits established in this policy.
